At the very beginning of the term…
Several tips that I decide to follow:
1. Wake up before 7 o’clock everyday. (best at 6:00 am.)
2. Do not miss the breakfast.
3. Drink water constanly during the day.
4. Do not eat unhealthy food. For example, instant noodles. (Keep away from the supermarket and go to the canteen.)
5. Eat at least one fruit everyday.
6. Limit the month-cost between 500-600 RMB. (So I need to resist my passion of shopping online)
7. Finish all the task I have planned in the morning and do not postpone them to tomorrow.
8. Have a rest every 1-2 hours during the working. (Do some exercise)
9. Throw away the litter in time and keep the desk clean and tidy.
10. Keep a good posture while sitting. (do not put one leg on the other)
11. Keep my cards in order in case of missing any one of them.
12. Do not stay inside for all day, get some open air!
13. Remember to brush teeth before going sleep.
14. Don’t watch mobile phone for long time before sleeping. (limit it between 0-15 min)
